Week 6 of the 2025 NFL season comes to a close with an exciting Monday Night Football doubleheader, with Josh Allen and the Bills vs. the Falcons in Atlanta and then the Bears vs. Jayden Daniels and the Commanders in Washington DC. It should be a fantastic night for football fans as well as fantasy football and DFS enthusiasts.
Of course, daily fantasy specialists will have options. You can play DraftKings Showdown or FanDuel single-game contests for each individual game or both games combined. Naturally, we have you covered with both formats — we've prepared an optimal DK lineup for Bills-Falcons, an FD lineup for Bears-Commanders, and our entry of choice for combined contests.
We're motivated, but perhaps not more motivated than Allen and the Bills. They're coming off a tough loss to the division-rival Patriots, their first L of the season, and the Michael Penix-led Falcons will need a lot of Bijan Robinson, Drake London and Kyle Pitts to keep up with Buffalo on a quest for a bounce-back.
Speaking of bounce-back, Washington sure bounced back nicely against the Chargers last week, one week after losing to the aforementioned Falcons in Atlanta. Can Jayden Daniels and his banged-up Commanders carry over momentum from that Week 5 showing, or will Chicago win its third consecutive game?
We can't wait for these two matchups, and for that matter we can't wait to win some daily fantasy cash. Let's shine a light on the best DFS studs, sleepers and value plays for the Monday Night Football doubleheader, including each individual matchup and a combined tournament entry.
Bills vs. Falcons NFL DFS picks: Optimal DraftKings Showdown lineup

Before we get into our lineup and strategy, here are the key scoring settings for DraftKings Showdown contests:
They're full-point PPR, and they feature three-point bonuses for 300 passing yards, 100 rushing yards, and 100 receiving yards. The Captain pick costs 1.5 times a player's original price, but he also gets his point total multiplied by 1.5.
POS | Player | TEAM/OPP | SALARY |
Captain | Bijan Robinson, RB | Falcons vs. BUF | $16,800 |
FLEX | Josh Allen, QB | Bills at ATL | $11,400 |
FLEX | James Cook III, RB | Bills at ATL | $10,200 |
FLEX | Khalil Shakir, WR | Bills at ATL | $7,600 |
FLEX | Ray-Ray McCloud, WR | Falcons vs. BUF | $2,800 |
FLEX | Elijah Moore, WR | Bills at ATL | $1,200 |
Many DFS-heads will opt to Captain the reigning MVP, but we'd rather have Bijan in that spot for $500 less and then be able to afford Allen, Cook and Shakir. Bijan and Allen both average well over 24 DK points per game, and Robinson is coming off a restful bye week after putting 31.1 PPR points on Washington in Week 4.
With only $4,000 remaining for our final two flex spots, we had to choose a couple high-ceiling sleepers. With Darnell Mooney out for the Falcons (hamstring) and both Dalton Kincaid (oblique) and Curtis Samuel (neck/ribs) questionable for the Bills, the veterans McCloud and Moore could have opportunities for double-digit fantasy performances.

Bears vs. Commanders NFL DFS picks: Optimal FanDuel single-game lineup

Here are the key scoring settings for FanDuel single-game tournaments: They're half-point PPR with three-point bonuses for 300 passing yards, 100 rushing yards, or 100 receiving yards.
The MVP pick multiplies that player's total by 1.5 and, for the first time, the MVP pick also costs 1.5 times that player's salary.
POS | Player | TEAM/OPP | SALARY |
MVP | Jacory Croskey-Merritt, RB | Commanders vs. CHI | $14,400 |
FLEX | Jayden Daniels, QB | Commanders vs. CHI | $13,600 |
FLEX | Caleb Williams, QB | Bears at WAS | $12,400 |
FLEX | Rome Odunze, WR | Bears at WAS | $12,000 |
FLEX | Luke McCaffrey, WR | Commanders vs. CHI | $5,000 |
FLEX | Jaylin Lane, WR | Commanders vs. CHI | $5,000 |
Our FanDuel single-game lineup follows a similar strategy as our DK squad, but our MVP option is even cheaper. Jacory "Bill" Croskey-Merritt broke out for 29 FD points against the Chargers in LA last weekend. The rookie is ready to explode again this evening against a Bears D that has surrendered the fourth-most half-PPR points to running backs this season.
Daniels and Williams feel like no-brainer adds. The reigning Offensive Rookie of the Year has put up FD totals of 20, 19, and 17 over his three games this campaign, and two of those were road games against strong defenses (Chargers, Packers). As for the Bears' former No. 1 pick, he's got seven TDs and two picks over Chicago's past three games.
Odunze is a must-stack with Williams at this point, having averaged a robust 18.1 half-PPR points per game in his sophomore season in the NFL. McCaffery is a pretty alluring stack with Daniels, too, and it's costing very little to pick him up. CMC's bro has made some awesome catches the past few weeks, totaling 27.7 FD points in that span. If he and Lane can surprise the world this evening, we should be sitting pretty in the prize pools.
NFL DFS picks: Optimal DraftKings Classic lineup for Bills-Falcons, Bears-Commanders combined contests

In salary cap contests, each Classic lineup will have one QB, two RBs, three WRs, a TE, a FLEX and a D/ST. Like the Showdown Contests, they're full-point PPR, and they feature three-point bonuses for 300 passing yards, 100 rushing yards, and 100 receiving yards.
POS | Player | TEAM/OPP | SALARY |
QB | Jayden Daniels | Commanders vs. CHI | $6,900 |
RB | Bijan Robinson | Falcons vs. BUF | $8,200 |
RB | J. Croskey-Merritt | Commanders vs. CHI | $5,600 |
WR | Rome Odunze | Bears at WAS | $6,500 |
WR | Drake London | Falcons vs. BUF | $6,200 |
WR | Khalil Shakir | Bills at ATL | $5,200 |
TE | Kyle Pitts Sr. | Falcons vs. BUF | $3,700 |
FLEX | Luke McCaffrey | Commanders vs. CHI | $3,800 |
DST | Buffalo | Bills at ATL | $3,100 |
This lineup has so much upside it's crazy. A reigning Rookie of the Year in Daniels. An Offensive Player of the Year candidate in Robinson. A breakout rookie in Bill Croskey-Merritt and a sophomore-season stud in Odunze.
And that's just the team leaders. We also have London, who broke out in a major way in 2024, Allen favorite Shakir, new Michael Penix Jr. buddy Kyle Pitts, an opportunistic Luke McCaffrey and a wide-eyed and heavily-favored Bills D.
Let's make some money!
