Should I start Kimani Vidal in fantasy Week 10? Chargers RB lineup advice vs. Steelers image

Kimani Vidal let his fantasy football managers down in Week 9.

So what are we all to do in Week 10 with the Los Angeles Chargers' RB against the Pittsburgh Steelers?

It feels like one of the bigger decisions of this week. If Vidal plays like he had previously, he can win a week. But if he plays like he did last week, that probably leads to a loss.

Should I start Kimani Vidal in fantasy Week 10?

The simple answer here is yes, start Vidal in Week 10.

His disappointing Week 9 still featured him leading the Chargers backfield with 12 carries and a target.

Jaret Patterson did feature more, getting nine carries, so it's not a perfect setup.

Vidal is just a week removed from running 23 times for 117 yards and a touchdown, though, and as long as Omarion Hampton is sidelined, Vidal will be RB1 here for an offense that likes to establish the run.

The Steelers have allowed 4.3 yards per carry to RBs this season, not a particularly stellar number. Vidal should have some rushing success on Sunday.

Maybe he's not viewed as more than a FLEX play, but a running back whose floor is a dozen touches in a good offense is still a worthwhile start.

Patterson's presence is fascinating, because it came mostly out of nowhere after spending most of the season on the practice squad. But he turned himself into an intriguing DFS dart throw or desperation starter in super deep leagues, too.
