The Atlanta Falcons' QB1 and WR1 are both injured.
Michael Penix Jr. May miss the rest of the season, while Drake London is looking at a week out and possibly more.
As the fantasy football season moves toward playoff pursuits, it's not ideal timing.
The Falcons offense will be in major flux. These injuries impact anyone who has Penix or London, of course, but also anyone interested in Bijan Robinson, Darnell Mooney, Kyle Pitts and Kirk Cousins.
Robinson is an unquestioned RB1, so don't worry about him. But the other three are worth discussing.

Should I pick up Kirk Cousins in fantasy?
In a 1-QB league, Cousins doesn't need to be picked up.
But as those in 2-QB or superflex leagues know, starting quarterbacks are very valuable in those formats. Especially for the team with Penix in those leagues, Cousins can be a solid pickup.
He's mostly over the hill, but Cousins can still throw for some yardage and TDs.
Should I pick up Darnell Mooney in fantasy?
Mooney has been disappointing for his entire Atlanta tenure.
Now, he's set to get a bunch of targets. Based on sheer volume alone, he's worth an add.
It's harder to know whether he's worth an immediate start, because the offense does take a hit and could struggle to move the ball at times in this new setup.
Kyle Pitts fantasy outlook
Pitts may benefit a bunch from London's absence. He's the new best pass catcher (along with Robinson).
If Cousins is smart, he'll target Pitts early and often. Pitts should be a clear TE1 as long as London is out.

Should I drop Michael Penix Jr. In fantasy?
Yeah, it's fine to drop Penix.
You could slot him into IR if he's eligible in your fantasy setup, but if not, dropping him won't hurt you.
Should I drop Drake London in fantasy?
No, do not drop London.
He's a WR1 when healthy, and he'll be back in plenty of time for the fantasy football stretch run and postseason.
