Charlotte Flair has overcome serious injuries to get back into the WWE recently. She also knows that getting time in the gym helps out, too.
Flair headed over to her Instagram account on Tuesday, May 13, and shared a new video. In it, she's wearing a green workout outfit while working out her glutes. Flair needs her strength to be in top form all the time.
In the IG post, Flair wrote, "Hot Girl Summer hey, hey, hey 💃👙 working glute medius kickbacks “upper-shelf” 🍑". Flair has moved on from challenging WWE Women's Champion Tiffany Stratton to whomever might be her next foe in the ring.
For Flair, though, getting another world title in her hands matters. She's overcome so much to stay relevant in her WWE career. Seeing her take her workouts seriously should put some fear in other women wrestlers in the WWE locker room. Flair won't be held down too much longer. Look for this women's wrestling GOAT to wear championship gold one more time this year.
