While any fitness buff knows how effective StairMasters can be when it comes to cardio, Haley and Hanna Cavinder are fiends about it. They know that part of their workout routine needs to include cardio work.

So, the Cavinder Twins decided to share with their fans on Instagram on Friday, August 8, a video. In it, they are shown working those StairMasters out in firming up their butts. Haley and Hanna Cavinder know that their fans want to keep up with their fitness achievements.

Lucky for their fans, the Cavinders also posted the video over on their TikTok account, which has millions of followers.

These two have learned how to dominate social media. There is hardly a moment in their lives that they do not record or keep record of at all. Haley and Hanna Cavinder are simply living their best lives.

Football fans, whether it is college football or the NFL, might be able to see one of them pop up at games this fall. Hanna Cavinder is going to be making time for some Dallas Cowboys games as her boyfriend, Jake Ferguson, plays for the Cowboys. As for Haley, she'll be looking to head to the South Beach area when her boyfriend, Miami Hurricanes quarterback Carson Beck, takes the field.

And fans thought there might be a slowdown to the Cavinder Twins' popularity train. Not in the least for these two. They are going to go all in when it comes to seeking attention.
