When talking about power couples in the sports world, fans can look toward Pittsburgh Pirates starting pitcher Paul Skenes and former LSU gymnast Livvy Dunne. They are in sync with one another and, well, support each other in their pursuits.
But Skenes had an awesome response to his girlfriend being a part of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition this year. Would you believe he simply dropped an emoji? That's what Skenes did as the Sports Illustrated account on Instagram shared on Wednesday, May 14.
Skenes has been doing his best to keep the Pirates on the winning road. Pittsburgh, though, is scuffling a little bit right now. Dunne does her best to be present when Skenes takes the mound.
Don't expect Skenes to be a magazine model anytime soon. He probably is OK with leaving the heavy lifting model-wise to his beautiful woman. Dunne and Skenes will turn heads on red carpets once again now and in the future.
