The Winnipeg Blue Bombers have landed themselves a talented quarterback.

According to Darrin Bauming, the Blue Bombers have signed Bryce Perkins.

Perkins has been a star in secondary U.S. Leagues. He was the MVP of the 2025 UFL season in the spring.

He split his college career between three schools: Arizona State, Arizona Western and Virginia.

Perkins was a star at UVA before going undrafted.

He latched on with the Los Angeles Rams, for whom he played his only NFL games in the 2022 season.

Perkins made one start among five appearances for the Rams, a game he lost.

In those five outings for L.A., Perkins completed 19-for-34 passes for 161 yards with one touchdown and two interceptions. He also ran 19 times for 90 yards.

In the 2025 UFL season, Perkins completed 69% of his passes for 1,342 yards and nine TDs compared to two INTs. He also ran for 269 yards and five more scores.

Winnipeg went 10-8 in the 2025 CFL season.

Perkins will hope to break through and have a lasting pro football career, now with this stop in Canada.
