Mark McIntosh is a freelance writer with The Sporting News. He was considered the “Buff Guy” during the glory days of Colorado football. He worked at KCNC-TV Denver, the home of the Buffaloes at the time. The 66-year-old has been associated with college athletics since the late 80s and hosted the coach’s shows with Bill McCartney, Rick Neuheisel, Gary Barnett and others.
