The 'Demon' breezed through his first round match against Mackenzie McDonald, but is likely to get a much tougher contest against the world no.90.

Medjedovic, 22, is capable of challenging the best players in the world, but has had issues with his endurance in the past.

The Serbian slaps a forehand winner and a De Minaur double fault creates deuce. Break point for Medjedovic after De Minaur drives a forehand into the net. But the Aussie battler hits a forehand volley winner to save it. De Minaur needs three more game points but he gets there.

Medjedovic nets first point. Small opportunity for De Minaur but the Serbian delivers an ace. A backhand winner gets the Aussie to 15-30. But Medjedovic puts the clamps on, hits a winner and smashes an ace to get game point. He then secures the hold.

Medjedovic is going for his shots. An unforced error gives De Minaur the first point. But the Australian levels the game with a wild, long forehand. Medjedovic brings in De Minaur with a drop shot and passes him. 30-30 moment. But De Minaur rises to the occasion as Medjedovic's lob goes just long. However, we are off to deuce after De Minaur clips the pass wide. Plenty of pressure here. But De Minaur plays an incredible first deuce point and then seals the game as we go to a breaker.
