Who won last year's Women's State of Origin?
Queensland were the Women's State of Origin champions in 2024 as they retained their title.
The Blues stunned the Maroons in the opening game last year, winning 22-12 at Suncorp Stadium.
They had the chance to retake the shield at home in Newcastle, but a stirring late comeback from Queensland, winning 11-10, forced a decider.
In front of a sold-out Queensland Country Bank Stadium, the Maroons managed the tough conditions well in Game 3, running away as 22-6 victors.
Women's State of Origin: Every result, winners
While Women's Origin was not officially established until 2018, QLD and NSW began facing off in 1999 as part of the 'Women's Interstate Challenge'.
The Maroons were dominant from the get-go, winning for 16 consecutive years before the Blues finally claimed victory in 2016.
In the first ever three-match series, the Maroons emerged victorious, before the Blues hit back with their triumph in 2025.
