Penrith's golden run finally came to an end this season as they fell to Brisbane in the preliminary finals.

The Panthers had claimed the last four titles in a row during an unprecedented period of success in the NRL and put themselves firmly in the picture for a fifth when they faced the Broncos

However, after climbing off the bottom of the ladder at the midway point of the campaign and finishing in seventh spot, they won two finals fixtures before their premiership winning streak was snapped.

Meanwhile, Daine Laurie, Preston Riki and Luke Sommerton will also leave the club, along with members of the extended squad such as David Fale, John Sagaga, Zack Lamont and Austin Dias.
