The Keaon Koloamatangi sweepstakes are alive and well, with one club willing to make a significant play for the Aussie representative willing to play front-row.
Koloamatangi is now allowed to talk to teams and receive offers since November 1 and the South Sydney Rabbitoh was very open to looking around and seeing his options.
Speaking on Triple M’s Rocks Footy NRL Podcast, Brent Read revealed one club who is keen on the forward.
“The Parramatta Eels are going huge [for Keaon Koloamatangi],” Read said.

Keaon has publicly spoken about what he’s looking for this off-season, and his interview with 9News made two things clear.
He wants to play front-row, and he wants the money that comes with playing that position.
Tyran Smith not only has hands full with Koloamatangi’s negotiations, but also with Payne Haas talks of potentially going to R360, although Haas has said he’s just focusing on his holiday to Fiji with his family.
The Eels landing a premier player in Keaon would be catapulting the Eels plans to make the finals and fit seamlessly in Jason Ryles’ offensive and defensive schemes and tactics he’s implemented at Parramatta.
