NRL injury list 2025: Your club’s medical news, casualty ward, player return dates image

There are just three weeks remaining of the regular season and injuries are continuing to bite some clubs.

The Dolphins and South Sydney have been the teams that have been hardest hit throughout the season, while St George Illawarra are also battling a horror injury toll. 

Selwyn Cobbo, Ezra Mam and Adam Reynolds suffered hamstring injuries recently, while Latrell Mitchell was struck down by a back issue before Adam Doueihi suffered a serious facial injury in Round 25.  

In the opening game of the round this week, Jacob Kiraz suffered a foot injury that will see him sidelined for a chunk of time.

Broncos injury news:

Adam Reynolds suffered a hamstring injury during the first half of his side's Round 23 loss to the Storm. The halfback was named to potentially return in Round 26, but suffered another hamstring issue in training. 

Brendan Piakura was a late withdrawal from his side's Round 22 clash after suffering a head knock in training. After a month on the sidelines, he will return via the bench this week.

Xavier Willison suffered a fractured forearm while attempting to make a tackle during his side's clash with the Bunnies in Round 22. He is expected to be sidelined for up to two months.

Ezra Mam followed Adam Reynolds down the tunnel as he also suffered a hamstring injury while attempting to chase down Xavier Coates in Round 23. The playmaker will only return deep into the finals. 

Selwyn Cobbo was the third Brisbane player to sustain a hamstring injury during the club's loss to the Storm. He could have played his last game in Broncos colours before his switch to the Dolphins.  

Jack Gosiewski suffered a collarbone injury during his side's Round 24 clash with the Phins and there are fears he could miss the remainder of the season. 

Hayze Perham ruptured his ACL during his side's first trial match and will be sidelined for the entire season.

Raiders injury news:

Savelio Tamale left the field with a dislocated patella in the first half of his side's Round 14 clash with the Rabbitohs. After almost three months on the sidelines, the young gun has been named to return this week. 

Xavier Savage's season is over after fracturing his shoulder in the Raiders' Round 25 win over Penrith.

Albert Hopoate suffered an ACL tear in Round 4 of the NSW Cup and will miss the rest of the season.

Bulldogs injury news:

Viliame Kikau was ruled out of his side's Round 26 clash against the Panthers after suffering with a skin infection. 

Jacob Kiraz suffered a foot injury during his side's win over the Panthers in Round 26. He has since been ruled out for up to one month. 

Harry Hayes suffered a knee injury during his side's loss to the Storm in Round 25, which will only see him return in the latter stages of the finals.

Sharks injury news:

KL Iro left the field in Round 14 with a pectoral injury that sidelined him for an extended period. The centre will return to the fold this week. 

Briton Nikora has been issued with a three-match ban for a high tackle during his side's loss to the Dragons in Round 23. He will only be available again in the first week of the finals. 

Jesse Ramien suffered a broken thumb during his side's loss to the Dragons in Round 23. He will miss between four and six weeks. 

Oregon Kaufusi was ruled out ahead of his side's Round 23 match against the Dragons due to a calf injury and remains sidelined indefinitely. 

Cameron McInnes was taken from the field during his side's Round 24 victory over the Titans with a knee injury. It has since been confirmed the forward suffered an ACL injury. 

Kade Dykes ruptured his patella tendon while playing in the NSW Cup in Round 8 and will miss the rest of the campaign. 

Liam Ison suffered a confirmed ACL rupture while playing in the opening round of the NSW Cup. He will miss the rest of the season.

Dolphins injury news:

Kodi Nikorima was a late withdrawal in Round 25 after being struck down by illness. He is back on deck this week. 

Kulikefu Finefuiaki has been ruled out this week after suffering an ankle issue in Round 25. The backrower is only expected to miss one game. 

Herbie Farnworth suffered a hamstring injury during the first half of his side's Round 22 clash against the Warriors. The English international has since been ruled out for between four and six weeks. 

Tom Flegler played just four games during his first year at the Dolphins in 2024 due to a serious shoulder issue. The prop has since revealed he is hoping to return to action at the start of next season. 

Jack Bostock suffered a season-ending ACL injury against the Knights in Round 16 in a bitter blow. 

Max Plath returned from a foot injury in Round 14, however he didn't last long with the luckless forward suffering an ACL injury that will sideline him for the rest of the campaign. 

Tom Gilbert suffered another injury on the eve of the Origin opener as the Phins' captain sustained a ruptured pec in Round 11. He will not return this season.  

Daniel Saifiti suffered a shoulder issue during his side's loss to the Raiders in Round 8 and despite initially being expected to return, he suffered a setback in his rehab and has since been ruled out for the year.

Titans injury news:  

Jaimin Jolliffe has been ruled out for the remainder of the season after he suffered a PCL injury in Round 24. 

David Fifita picked up another ankle issue in Round 20 and will not play again this season. 

Alofiana Khan-Pereira suffered a hamstring injury during his side's loss to the Rabbitohs in Round 23. The winger will miss the rest of the campaign. 

Brock Gray suffered an ACL tear during his side's Round 8 meeting with the Cowboys and will miss the rest of the season.

Sea Eagles injury news: 

Taniela Paseka suffered a ruptured Achilles during his side's Round 3 win over the Raiders. After undergoing surgery, the prop is hoping to return in the last week of the regular season. 

Nathan Brown suffered an injury during his side's win over the Tigers in Round 17 and will be sidelined until finals time after requiring surgery to repair a ruptured biceps tendon. 

Lachlan Croker was initially scheduled to return in Round 22 after suffering from concussion symptoms.  However, he remains sidelined. 

Josh Aloiai hurt his shoulder midway through the first half of their Round 13 match against the Broncos and remains sidelined indefinitely. 

Reuben Garrick left the field with a shoulder injury midway through the first half of his side's clash against the Tigers in Round 24. He has since been ruled out for the rest of the season. 

Jake Trbojevic was taken from the field in concerning scenes for the prop during his side's Round 23 loss after he copped another head knock. He will sit out the remainder of the season. 

Haumole Olakau'atu suffered a dislocated shoulder while attempting to tackle Viliame Kikau during his side's loss to the Bulldogs in Round 21. The backrower will miss the remainder of the campaign.

Storm injury news:

Tui Kamikamica suffered a head knock against the Bulldogs during his side's win in Round 25. He will miss at least one match. 

Sua Faalogo suffered a hamstring injury at the end of their Round 17 match against the Sharks. The 22-year-old is nearing a return. 

Jack Howarth was ruled out ahead of his side's Round 23 clash against the Broncos after suffering a groin issue. The centre is now nearing a return.  

Jahrome Hughes suffered a dislocated shoulder during his side's comeback victory over the Roosters. However, he did not require surgery and is expected to return either in the last round of the regular season or in the finals. 

Harry Grant was issued with a two-match ban for a shoulder charge following his side's win over the Dogs in Round 25. The captain will return in the first week of the finals.

Dean Ieremia ruptured his Achilles in pre-season training and remains sidelined indefinitely.

Knights injury news:

Greg Marzhew was a late withdrawal from his side's Round 25 match due to a back issue and he has only been named as 18th man this week. 

Adam Elliott suffered a biceps injury in the first half of the game against the Panthers in Round 12 and has been sidelined ever since. 

Dylan Lucas limped from the field in Round 19 after suffering a foot injury, which is set to sideline him for the rest of the campaign. 

Kalyn Ponga was taken off midway through the second half of Newcastle's clash against Canberra in Round 17, with scans later confirming a Lisfranc injury. He is expected to be out for the rest of the campaign. 

Fletcher Sharpe suffered a lacerated kidney in Round 16 and was hospitalised in Perth. He will miss the rest of the campaign.

Warriors injury news:

Jackson Ford copped a three-game ban for a crusher tackle in Round 24 that will see him miss the rest of the regular season. He will be available again in the first week of finals. 

Jacob Laban suffered a broken leg after being the victim of a dangerous tackle from Felise Kaufusi during his side's Round 22 loss to the Phins. 

Ali Leiataua was on track to make his return in Round 25 before his recovery timeline on an ankle injury was extended indefinitely.

Luke Metcalf ruptured his ACL after being crunched in a tackle in Round 17 and will miss the rest of the season in a major blow. 

Mitchell Barnett suffered a devastating ACL injury while backing up after Origin I which has seen him ruled out for the rest of the campaign. 

Tohu Harris played just 14 matches in 2024 after struggling with a wrist injury and in a major shock has been unable to recover from the issue. He announced his retirement just two months out from the start of the season.

Viliami Vailea dropped out of his side's last game of the season after suffering a hamstring injury. 

Murray Taulagi limped from the field with a hamstring issue during his side's heavy loss to the Dolphins in Round 20 and will not play again this season. 

Coen Hess will not play again this season after the forward copped a three-game ban for a dangerous tackle during his side's Round 23 loss to the Eels. 

Griffin Neame has been ruled out for the remainder of the season after suffering a shoulder injury in Round 22. 

Robert Derby has been sidelined for the rest of the campaign after suffering a knee injury in Round 22. 

Heilum Luki will miss the entirety of the campaign after suffering an ACL injury in pre-season.

Bayleigh Bentley-Hape sustained a category one head knock against the Eels in Round 24 and will miss at least one match. 

Latrell Mitchell was ruled out of Round 24 after succumbing to a back issue in training. He could return for the club's last game of the season in Round 27. 

Mikaele Ravalawa suffered a serious hamstring strain earlier in the season which sidelined him for an extended period. He then picked up a pectoral injury that has kept him out until Round 27. 

Jack Wighton has served a four-game ban after unsuccessfully challenging a shoulder charge at the judiciary. He will return for the final game of the regular season. 

Euan Aitken suffered a hamstring injury and is sidelined indefinitely. 

Ryan Gray lasted just 10 minutes of his side's clash against the Broncos in Round 22 after suffering a shoulder issue and has been sidelined indefinitely. 

Jayden Sullivan sustained a lower limb fracture and associated ankle injury during a heavy loss to the Newtown Jets. 

Cameron Murray ruptured his Achilles at pre-season training but could return in the final round of the regular season. 

Campbell Graham was sidelined with a back issue ahead of Round 20 and he has since been ruled out for the rest of the year.  

Tevita Tatola suffered a suspected dislocated shoulder during his side's loss to the Sharks in Round 21. 

Davvy Moale saw his season ended after Round 18 due to a troublesome wrist issue that required surgery.

Jack de Belin and Hamish Stewart were involved in a sickening head clash with each other during their side's Round 24 match against the Warriors. The latter is not expected to return for the rest of the season, while De Belin is back this week. 

Hame Sele then joined his two teammates in leaving the match after also copping a head knock. The forward has been named to return this week via the bench. 

Jaydn Su'A suffered a knee injury during his side's loss to the Cowboys in Round 21, but will return in Round 26. 

Michael Molo was forced to withdraw from his side's clash against the Sharks in Round 23 due to an ankle injury. He is now nearing a return to action.  

Moses Suli failed to finish the game against Cronulla in Round 23 after he suffered a knee issue. He could return in the final round of the regular season. 

Sione Finau suffered a dislocated shoulder during his side's loss to the Dogs in Round 20 and has been ruled out for the rest of the campaign. 

Valentine Holmes has been ruled out for the rest of the campain after suffering a shoulder injury during his side's loss to the Roosters in Round 19. 

Toby Couchman dislocated his right shoulder in Round 17 and he will miss the rest of the campaign. 

Dylan Egan suffered an ACL injury during his side's win over the Broncos in Round 11 and will miss the rest of the campaign. 

Ryan Couchman suffered an ACL rupture in Round 1 which has ruled him out for the season. 

Tom Eisenhuth announced his retirement from the game midway through the season.

Sam Walker received a head knock whilst attempting to tackle Eels forward Kelma Tuilagi. The Roosters playmaker failed his HIA which will see him miss at least one week of footy.

Nat Butcher has endured an injury plagued campaign that looks like it is set to end on a sour note after he was injured while appearing in the NSW Cup in Round 22 during his return from an MCL injury.

Starford To'a injured his shoulder against the Sea Eagles during his side's Round 24 win. After a week out, the centre has been named to return this week. 

Alex Seyfarth has been issued with a three-game ban for a high tackle during his side's shock win over the Dogs in Round 22. 

Adam Doueihi suffered a fractured cheekbone while attempting to make a tackle during his side's loss to the Cowboys in Round 25 and will miss the rest of the year. 

Justin Olam was forced into early retirement after failing to recover from a knee injury he suffered last season.
