With 12 rounds of the 2025 NRL season in the books, voting for the Dally M Medal went behind closed doors as always.

New Zealand Warriors playmaker Luke Metcalf held the outright lead, while fullbacks Will Kennedy and James Tedesco sat just behind him. 

The Sydney Roosters star emerged as the leading contender for the medal in the second half of the season as many have tipped the champion to scoop the second Dally M of his illustrious career.
