Having spent 2025 stuck behind Tom Starling and Owen Pattie in Canberra, international hooker Danny Levi is set to return to the English Super league.

All Out Rugby League is reporting the 29-year-old will link with Brad Arthur at the Leeds Rhinos.

Prior to his three years in the national capital under Ricky Stuart, Levi played with Huddersfield Giants in 2022.

Wellington-born Levi played four tests for New Zealand between 2017-2023 and has also represented Toa Samoa on five occasions.

After playing 22 games in 2024, Levi featured in just two NRL matches for the Raiders this season, including the final round 62-24 demolition at the hands of the Dolphins.

He was one of six players to depart Canberra at the end of the 2025 NRL season that delivered the club its first minor premiership since 1990.

At Leeds, Levi will be united with several other former NRL stars including Brodie Croft, Maika Sivo and Keenan Palasia.

The Rhinos are set to face reigning Super League champions Hull KR in Las Vegas on February 28 as part of the 2026 NRL season opener.
