The finer points of Sirianni's new deal haven't yet been laid out publicly. But he figures to receive quite a raise once the 2025 season starts.

Sirianni inked a five-year deal when he first joined the Eagles ahead of the 2021 season. That contract saw him earn $7 million annually, a tally that landed outside of the top-10 highest-paid coaches in 2024.

That won't be the case in 2025.

Since his arrival in the City of Brotherly Love, Sirianni has produced a 48-20 regular season record. His .706 win rate represents the fifth-highest total in NFL history (minimum 50 games), only trailing Guy Chamberlain (.784), John Madden (.759), Vince Lombardi (.738) and George Allen (.712).

With a Super Bowl title already in his grasp, the 43-year-old looks well on his way to cementing himself as one of his generation's finest tacticians. The Eagles, with their multi-year extension, want to make sure that development happens on their sideline.

Sirianni's new-fangled deal hasn't yet kicked in. And the value of his deal remains shrouded in mystery. Nevertheless, he should fetch quite a pretty penny in 2025 — one that might even push him closer to the title of league's highest-paid tactician.
