There are seven NFL international games scheduled for 2025. The Denver Broncos and the New York Jets were tasked with playing in London to open up the Sunday slate in Week 6.
Unfortunately, the product on the field didn't match the hype for the contest. The Broncos and Jets struggled offensively and only mustered a combined 24 points in the game, in a 13-11 win for Denver.
The NFL began its latest international series in 2007, aiming to play at least one international game per season. NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell says his plan for the league is to have fans all over the world. He also wants every team to eventually play one international game a season.

Saints vs. Dolphins -- 2017
New Orleans played its game and took care of business, and fans wondered if Miami even made the trip. The Saints offense was clicking with Drew Brees throwing for 268 yards with two touchdowns. New Orleans running back Alvin Kamara had 25 yards on the ground, but gave an early look at his dual-threat ability, adding 71 yards and a score on 10 receptions. Michael Thomas brought in eight catches for 89 yards and a touchdown.
Miami quarterback Jay Cutler threw for just 164 yards and had an interception. Jay Ajayi couldn't get much going on the ground with 46 yards on 12 carries. The Dolphins leading receiver was DeVante Parker with six receptions for 69 yards.
Giants vs. Dolphins -- 2007
The current iteration of the NFL's international series started off slowly. The Giants and the Dolphins met in 2007. New York won 13-10 in a game that featured only one touchdown.
Giants quarterback Eli Manning threw for only 59 yards, completing eight of his 22 pass attempts. Running back Brandon Jacobs had the best game between the teams, with 131 yards on 23 touches. New York's best pass-catcher in the game was tight end Jeremy Shockey who had three receptions for 26 yards.
Miami quarterback Cleo Lemon finished 17-30 for 149 yards with a touchdown. The lone touchdown was a 21-yard strike scored by wide receiver Ted Ginn Jr. in the fourth quarter.
Broncos vs. Jets -- 2025
The Jets entered the game 0-5 on the year, searching for their first win, and they didn't find it in Week 6.
Denver quarterback Bo Nix finished 19-30 for 174 yards with a touchdown. Running back J.K. Dobbins had 14 carries, but only picked up 40 yards on the ground. It was a big day for the Broncos tight ends. Evan Engram led the team with five receptions and 42 yards, while Nate Adkins brought in the lone touchdown of the day as part of his 23-yard output.
Justin Fields couldn't figure out the Denver defense. He took nine sacks for 55 yards, and finished 9-17 passing for only 45 yards. Breece Hall had 22 carries, but ran for only 59 yards. New York's leading receiver was Josh Reynolds, who had 25 yards on three receptions.
