Josh Allen let it all out for the Buffalo Bills in New England, throwing for 193 yards and three touchdowns in the Bills comeback 35-31 win over Patriots. The reigning MVP continued to let it out, literally on the sidelines between drives as well.

In the midst of a high-stakes divisional matchup against his long-time rivals, multiple cameras captured the two-time MVP vomiting on the sideline, a graphic moment that has become a bizarre; while the star has gone viral for throwing up before his games, this did not seem to be routine.

The quarterback was hit multiple times throughout the day, with the game taking a physical toll on all players.

Josh Allen baby due date

Allen and his wife, actress Hailee Steinfeld, recently announced that they are expecting their first child.

While they shared the happy news of the pregnancy on Dec. 12, 2025, they did not publicly share an exact due date.

Based on the general timeline of pregnancy announcements, the baby's arrival is generally expected to be sometime in the mid-2026 timeframe. The couple is keeping the specific details private for now.
