When examining the list of pass-catchers that were slated to take part in the postseason before it began, Bills wideout Khalil Shakir and Jaguars fielder Parker Washington might have seemed fairly unremarkable. Both players are productive talents whose influence has grown throughout their respective careers.
Still, they're not considered supernovas, especially when held next to other noteworthy receivers like Puka Nacua, Jaxon Smith-Njigba and A.J. Brown.
During postseason play, though, it is often the steady contributors that make the biggest impact. Shakir and Washington might not have been considered headliners when they took the field in Buffalo and Jacksonville's wild-card matchup. But when they left, they were undeniable, having left their imprint throughout the contest.
Shakir walked out the victor, delivering a career-best performance under the lights as the Bills claimed a 27-24 comeback win. Still, the outing is expected to raise both wideouts' stock in the weeks and months to come.
With that, here's a look at Shakir and Washington's performances by the numbers.

Shakir has established himself as the best pass-catcher in Buffalo's wide receiver room over the past two seasons. On Sunday, he showed why. The fourth-year slot receiver posted a new career-high in postseason receptions with his outburst against Jacksonville.
Shakir wasn't able to find the end zone against the Jaguars' vaunted secondary. However, he powered the Bills' receiving corps — particularly in crunch time. Shakir made four catches in the fourth quarter, including a decisive grab on third-and-short that helped set Josh Allen up for the game-winning score.

In a receiving corps teeming with star power, Washington was the standout. He proved to be Trevor Lawrence's favorite target, using precise route-running and strong hands to inflict punishment on the Bills' weary defense. He shook his marker to collect a 31-yard pass from Lawrence in the fourth quarter, the decisive play in a drive that ended with the Jaguars' recording a go-ahead score.
