Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence executed a huge game-winning drive against the Kansas City Chiefs, escaping with a 31-28 victory.
The fifth-year quarterback had an uneven night that included two turnovers. However, he played well when his team needed him most, leading the Jaguars down the field for a late-game score to take the lead and get the win.
Lawrence was able to take advantage of several Chiefs miscues and overcome some mistakes of his own to get Jacksonville its fourth win of the season. Here is a breakdown of the game-winning drive.

Jaguars comeback, explained
Chiefs running back Kareem Hunt scored with under two minutes left to give Kansas City a four-point lead. However, Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker made an immediate mistake on the ensuing kickoff, kicking the ball out-of-bounds to give the Jaguars the ball at the 40 with 1:45 left.
From there Lawrence executed a bizarre, but successful, game-winning drive. It started with a rush for six yards, and was followed by a sack to set up 3rd-and-long.
However, Lawrence's best throw of the night came on third down, as he found Brian Thomas Jr. deep down the sidelines for a huge gain to get close to the red zone.

On the next play, Lawrence followed that up with an 11-yard pass to Dyami Brown for another first down with 54 seconds on the clock.
After an incomplete pass, Lawrence made a mistake and took a delay-of-game, pushing Jacksonville back five yards. Lawrence found Brown again for a few yards, then was bailed out when the Chiefs committed pass interference in the endzone to set up first-and-goal from the one.
With a touchdown in sight, Lawrence took the lead in an inexplicable fashion. He tripped over his center, but he wasn't touched so he was able to get up and scamper into the endzone for the game-winning score.
