Williams is not that far into his career, so his net worth isn't completely clear. He has made made a good amount of money in both college and the pros through his playing contracts and endorsements, which makes him one of the more lucrative young players in the NFL.

Caleb Williams NFL contract details

Caleb Williams is currently playing on a four-year, $39.5 million rookie contract he signed with the Bears after the 2024 NFL draft. The deal is fully guaranteed and includes a $25.5 million signing bonus and a fifth-year option for the 2028 season.

Williams makes an average of $9.9 million a season, which ranks 25th among all quarterbacks in the NFL.

Caleb Williams NFL career earnings

So far in his NFL career, Williams has made over $26 million, according to Spotrac. That includes his salary for the 2025 season but doesn't include any money he made in college or any endorsements he signed in both college and the NFL.

Caleb Williams NIL earnings

During college, Caleb Williams was one of the biggest benefactors of the new NIL world in college football. When he was at USC, Caleb Williams reportedly made over $10 million in NIL deals and endorsements.

"It wasn't like having a college quarterback on your roster," a source told The Athletic's Kalyn Kahler. "It was like having an NFL starting quarterback on your roster."

Williams took advantage of his stardom in college, striking several endorsement deals before even entering the NFL. That only increased in his second season at USC, which occurred after he won the Heisman Trophy in 2023.

Caleb Williams may not be far into his NFL career, but he already has a slew of endorsements dating back to college. The quarterback has deals with several companies dating back to his time at USC, and he has only added endorsements as he joined the NFL.

Caleb Williams business ventures and philanthropy

When he first transferred from Oklahoma to USC, Williams entered an agreement with Hawkins Way Capital, a Beverley Hills-based real estate private equity fund.

In 2024, Caleb Williams launched the investment firm 888 Midas to help capitalize on his business ventures. He explained that he always had interests in getting into the business industry along with being an athlete, which is why he needed a separate entity.

“To eliminate the potential for distraction, it was important to me to immediately set up a business operation with established, trusted partners and advisors I’ve known for years to strategically take advantage of ventures in the global marketplace," Williams said, via Business Wire. "This partnership will enable me to focus the entirety of my time and energy on learning the professional football game and bringing the Lombardi Trophy back home to Chicago where it belongs. I’m beyond excited to have 888 Midas working for me and for its expected growth as an investment and advisory entity in the years to come."

Williams also founded the "Caleb Cares Foundation" which aims to "prevent bullying, shine a spotlight on mental health and empower young people," according to its website.

"I created Caleb Cares Foundation for those kids who are suffering because they don’t fit in," Williams said. "Fitting in means you’re not standing out. Greatness is formed in our differences. What makes you different today will propel you tomorrow."

Where does Caleb Williams live?

Caleb Williams grew up in the Washington D.C. area, where he attended Gonzaga College High School. After living in Los Angeles during his college years at USC, he now has moved to Chicago, although it isn't clear exactly where in the Chicago area he lives.
