Broncos WR depth chart: How Denver's receiving corps stacks up following injuries to Troy Franklin, Pat Bryant image

If the Broncos want to beat the Bills and punch a ticket to the AFC Championship, they'll have to do so without two of their top three pass-catchers.

Troy Franklin and Pat Bryant were felled by injury in the early moments of Saturday's game. The ailments threaten to ravage an already-thin Denver receiving corps just as it approaches the crescendo of its season.

With that, here's a look at how the Broncos' WR depth chart shapes up following Franklin and Bryant's untimely maladies.

Broncos WR depth chart

PositionPlayer Name
1. Courtland Sutton
2. Troy Franklin - injured
3.Pat Bryant - injured
4.Marvin Mims Jr.
5.Lil'Jordan Humphrey
6.Elijah Moore - injured

Sutton leads Denver's wide receiver room, emerging as Bo Nix's favorite target the 2024 and 2025 season. He has posted back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons, proving to be one of the league's better pass-catchers.

With Franklin and Bryant on the mend, Marvin Mims Jr. Rises to the WR2 spot in the Broncos' depth chart. At 5-11, Mims isn't the most physically imposing presence in open field. But he tallied 39 catches for 503 yards and six scores in 2024, making himself a steady target as a slot option.

Lil'Jordan Humphrey, meanwhile, should get some additional looks with Franklin and Bryant injured. The 6-4, 225-pound talent figures to be a threat in red zone play, although he doesn't have much of a history of success at the NFL level.
