Alabama's Jalen Milroe's outfit shows confidence in being first-round NFL Draft pick image

Jalen Milroe has arrived at the party, and he's dressed for the occasion.

The Alamaba quarterback was invited to the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft on Thursday night in Green Bay, and he's in the house.

There are two key takeaways here.

First, Milroe's outfit. Check out this sweet suit:

Second, that suit coupled with Milroe's decision to come to Thursday night, which is only the first round, tells us something about confidence.

Some combination of Milroe, his agent and the people in his corner believe Milroe will be a first-round pick.

You don't show up to the dance if you don't think you'll get a chance to dance.

Milroe is a polarizing prospect, sure. But he's exactly the type of player someone trades back into the tail-end of Round 1 to pick.

He's got a cannon of an arm and runs with the football like an All-Pro running back.

Rough around the edges? So what?

Almost every draft prospect has warts. They don't all have the potential brilliance that Milroe does.

Josh Allen was supposed to be raw. Some people wanted Lamar Jackson to play an entirely different position. And we know how both of them have turned out.

Someone is going to take a big swing on Milroe. He doesn't have to start right away, but he could turn into the face of a franchise if everything breaks right.

And that potential franchise face is ready for his handshake with Roger Goodell. His presence and outfit suggest he truly believes it'll happen on Thursday night.
