Malik Nabers injury update: Giants WR carted off field with apparent right knee injury image

New York Giants wide receiver Malik Nabers exited Sunday afternoon's game against the Los Angeles Chargers with an apparent knee injury.

The injury occurred midway through the second quarter as New York was working to drive down the field. Nabers appeared to sustain the injury as he attempted to jump and track a deep pass from rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart. Nabers fell to the ground to hold his right knee, and Giants training staffers quickly attended to him.

Nabers remained down before he was carted off the field. Here is what is known about Nabers' injury.

Malik Nabers injury update

Nabers is feared to have suffered a torn right ACL, per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero. He had already been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game, per head coach Brian Daboll.

Nabers was carted off the field with what appears to be a right knee injury.
