Jacobs returned to the game for a goal-line run, but was ruled short of the endzone. After that play, he was taken into the locker room and subsequently ruled out due to a knee injury.

| 3 | Chris Brooks |
| 4 | MarShawn Lloyd -- IR |
Emanuel Wilson
Wilson is in his third season with the Packers. He played his college ball with smaller programs, finishing with Fort Valley State in 2022. Wilson went undrafted in the 2023 NFL Draft, and initially was on the Denver Broncos' practice squad in 2023. Once he was released, Green Bay picked him up.
Wilson has played sparingly over the last three years, but played in all 17 games in 2025. He had 103 carries for 502 yards and four touchdowns. When Jacobs went out with the injury, Wilson punched in an 11-yard rush for the score against the Giants.
Chris Brooks
Brooks finished up his collegiate playing career at BYU in 2022 and went undrafted in the 2023 NFL Draft. He spent the 2023 season with the Miami Dolphins before being signed by Green Bay ahead of the 2024 season.
Brooks has played in 33 career games and has 291 yards and a touchdown on 57 carries.
MarShawn Lloyd
Lloyd was a highly touted college prospect at South Carolina, but injuries derailed his career. After transferring to USC for his final season, he was drafted in the third round of the 2024 NFL Draft by the Packers. He was brought in to back up Jacobs, but has only been able to play in one game.
Lloyd missed the majority of his rookie year due to an ankle sprain and then appendicitis. The running back had a Grade 2 hamstring in the 2025 preseason and was added to IR. He has yet to play in the 2025 regular season.
