Browns draft picks 2025: Who did Cleveland take? Full list of NFL Draft selections image

There was a ton of intrigue surrounding the Cleveland Browns and this year's draft. That's because for the first time since 2021, the Browns had a first-round draft pick to use.

The Browns' first pick in 2025 came the No. 5 overall selection, following a trade with the Jaguars, but they also had several other picks in the next two rounds inside the first 100 selections.

There's plenty of buzz surrounding the Browns with this year's draft, thanks to how much capital they had in a very talented draft class. And the Browns added to that buzz with the selection of Shedeur Sanders with their final pick.

The Sporting News tracked the Browns’ 2025 NFL Draft selections, from round one to their final pick.

Browns NFL Draft needs

  • Quarterback: The Deshaun Watson trade has been a disaster for Cleveland so far. Despite signing a $230 million fully-guaranteed contract, he's played in just 19 games over three seasons. Although this isn't as deep of a quarterback class as we've seen in recent years, the Browns looked poised to take a signal caller at some point in this draft. Kenny Pickett and Joe Flacco, the only healthy quarterbacks on the roster, aren't going to cut it.
  • Wide Receiver: Whoever Cleveland's quarterback is for 2025, he'll need weapons to throw to. Outside of Jerry Jeudy, there isn't exactly a proven wideout on Cleveland's roster. Options like Travis Hunter, Tetairoa McMillan, Matthew Golden, and Jayden Higgins are all talented young guns for Cleveland to choose from at various points.
  • Running back: Nothing is set in stone, but Nick Chubb remains unsigned heading into the draft. Even if the Browns end up re-signing him, getting some depth that also helps mold the running back of Cleveland's future wouldn't hurt.
