Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen is one of the most physical players in the league. He rarely shies away from contact, using his size and physical frame to fight for extra yards.
This sometimes comes at a cost, though, as Allen takes more hits than other quarterbacks. The Bills quarterback is dealing with three separate issues, and it is just the first half of the game. Allen has gone to the medical tent twice, but so far, none of the issues have caused him to miss any plays.
Here is more on whether or not Allen is playing hurt in the Wild Card game against the Jaguars.

Is Josh Allen injured?
Allen is one of the more physical quarterbacks in the league. At the end of the 17-game regular season and into the postseason, it is fair to assume that he is not playing at 100%. Given that Allen sometimes seeks out contact to fight for more yards, he is likely playing with more wear and tear than other quarterbacks.
Allen appears to be playing injured in the wild-card game against the Jaguars. In the first half alone, he went to the medical tent twice.
The first was for a concussion check, and the second was to get his hand looked at after hitting it on an offensive lineman's helmet during a pass, while also getting his knee checked out after it was twisted by a tackler on his touchdown run.
Josh Allen injury updates
It is only the first half, but Allen is dealing with multiple minor issues that could end up affecting him more and more as the game drags on into the second half.

Josh Allen finger injury update
Allen was passing the ball in the second quarter and on the follow-through, his throwing hand connected with a teammate's helmet. After the play, the quarterback was seen shaking his hand and favoring his fingers. It didn't seem to limit him the rest of the drive, and he may have just jammed his finger, but it could be something to watch down the stretch of the game.

Allen ran in a two-yard touchdown about halfway through the second quarter. After scoring, he was tackled and when he was taken to the ground, his leg got twisted and his knee looked like it may have bent the wrong way. Allen stayed on the ground but was able to hobble off.
