Westbrook is set to sign with the Sacramento Kings, according to ESPN's Shams Charania. The late signing comes one week before Sacramento's season opener, marking an end to a long free agency saga for the former MVP.
The 36-year-old joins the Kings after spending the 2024-25 season with the Denver Nuggets. Over 75 regular-season games with Denver, Westbrook averaged 13.3 points, 4.9 rebounds, and 6.1 assists.
