Josh Giddey continued his strong form this season, posting 25 points, 11 rebounds and nine assists in the final game of the NBA Cup group stage.
But it wasn't a night to smile for Giddey and his Chicago Bulls, as they fell to the Hornets in Charlotte 116-123, sending the team to a.500 record.
Giddey will be looking to get out of Charlotte in a hurry and put the road trip to bed, especially after a late interaction with a fan courtside.
With just over a minute remaining in the fourth quarter, and the contest getting further and further out of reach for the Bulls, Giddey was seen talking to a fan in a heated manner.

It is not the first time players and fans have crossed paths this season. Just a few nights ago, a Sacramento Kings season ticket holder was removed after a verbal altercation with Kings' star Zach LaVine.
The Bulls next play the Indiana Pacers tomorrow.
