Brian Goorjian will join the New York Knicks as an assistant coach at the 2025 NBA Summer League, according to a report from CODE Sports.
The six-time NBL Coach of the Year will participate in the team's pre-tournament camp, and be a part of the bench during the two-week event.
He will help lead a side that will also likely feature former NBL Next Star Ariel Hukporti, the Melbourne United alum just completing his rookie season in the NBA for New York.
Following the Summer League, Goorjian will enter into next season with a new look Sydney Kings squad, assembling a star backcourt of Matthew Dellavedova and Kendric Davis to complement former MVP Xavier Cooks, as they attempt to improve on a disappointing play-in loss in 2025.
