Oh no.

Boston Celtics superstar Jayson Tatum went down without contact on Monday night against the New York Knicks. He grabbed immediately toward his lower right leg area. He had to be practically carried off the floor by two trainers as he limped along with no weight at all on his right foot.

Right as the Knicks pulled away in a game-changing fourth-quarter run, the entire series may have changed with Tatum's injury.

Immediately, NBA fans feared the worst.

Knicks center Karl-Anthony Towns went over to Tatum while he was on the ground and prayed over him.

It looked bad. ESPN video captured Tatum being taken to the locker room in a wheelchair.

Tatum had 42 points at the time of his injury, which still ended up not being enough as the Knicks took a 3-1 series lead.

But immediate concern was all with one of the NBA's mightiest superstars, who writhed on the Madison Square Garden court in serious pain.
