UFC 321 start time

  • Date: Sunday, October 26
  • Time: 5 a.m. AEDT (1 a.m. AEDT for prelims)
  • Location:  Etihad Arena - Abu Dhabi, UAE

UFC 321 is in Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi on October 26. The prelims start at 1 a.m. AEDT. The main card starts at 5 a.m. AEDT, and Aspinall and Gane should make their way to the octagon around 7:45 a.m. AEDT, depending on how long the undercard fights last.

Aspinall (15-3) has gone on a three-fight win streak since injuring himself against Curtis Blaydes in 2022. The Salford-born fighter won interim gold in 2023 and patiently waited to face then-champion Jon Jones. Once Jones retired, Aspinall became the full-time champion.

Gane (13-2) lasted less than one round against Jones before tapping out for heavyweight gold in 2023. The French fighter has won two straight, only fighting once a year.

Aspinall has shown interest in the past in facing Gane. Now with proper gold around his waist, Aspinall's finally ready to prove he can be the top guy in the UFC.

The co-main event will see Virna Jandiroba and Mackenzie Dern compete for the UFC strawweight title. The title became vacant after Zhang Weili vacated the belt to fight Valentina Shevchenko.

Jandiroba (22-3), ranked first at strawweight, is on a five-fight win streak and has 14 wins via submission. A multi-time submission grappling and BJJ champion, Dern (15-5) is on a two-fight win streak and has eight wins via submission.
