Australia will play two friendlies during the upcoming November international window, with the first match taking place against Venezuela this Saturday (Australian time) in Houston.

Tony Popovic’s Socceroos will continue preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, arriving in Houston after splitting their two October friendlies—defeating Canada 1-0 in Montreal while losing 2-1 to the USA in Denver.

Venezuela failed to qualify for next year’s FIFA World Cup. Currently ranked 50th in the world, they finished the South American qualifiers in eighth place and lost their most recent international friendly to Argentina last month, 1-0.
