Bayern Munich have been exceptional at the start of 2025/26 season as Vincent Kompany heads into the international break with a lot of positivity.

The Bavarians sealed a statement 3-0 weekend win over Eintracht Frankfurt away from home in Bundesliga, registering their tenth straight victory this season across all competitions.

Luis Diaz put the visitors ahead inside the first 15 seconds, and later came up with an assist for Harry Kane, before ultimately finishing off the contest with a fantastic left-footed strike to complete his brace.

With this win, Bayern Munich have now won all six of their Bundesliga encounters, and are four points clear of second-place Borussia Dortmund, who are also unbeaten in the league campaign.

According to OptaFranz, Bayern Munich winning each of their first 10 competitive games this season is a new club record, since their promotion to the Bundesliga in 1965.

In this period the German giants have not only won games, but dominated most of them, netting 36 goals and conceding only eight.

Harry Kane breaks fresh Bayern Munich record

Kane has been one of the most dominant players, not only for Bayern Munich, but across Europe since the start of 2025/26.

The English forward recently reached the 100 goal milestone for the Bavarians, breaking Cristiano Ronaldo and Erling Haaland's record.

He continued that purple patch against Frankfurt ahead of flying off on England duty in the coming days.

Kane is now onto 18 goals and three assists from 10 club appearances this season, including 11 in six Bundesliga matches.

As per OptaFranz, Kane is the first player in Bundesliga history to score 11 goals in the first six league games of a season.

Kane is also the only player to score more than 13 goals - or record more than 14 goal involvements - for a club in Europe's top five leagues this season as per Sofascore

Despite being forced off injured late on in Frankfurt, Kane will be OK to link up with Thomas Tuchel's squad, ahead of two games next week.
