El Clasico never fails to deliver drama — and this time, it wasn’t just about goals and glory.
Real Madrid’s 2–1 win over Barcelona at the Santiago Bernabeu ended with chaos, shouting, and shoving.
The spotlight, however, was on two players from opposite ends of the experience scale — Dani Carvajal and 18-year-old Lamine Yamal.
As the final whistle blew, Carvajal reportedly approached Yamal and told him, “You speak too much. Speak now.”

The words, aimed squarely at the Barcelona youngster, sparked a heated confrontation involving several players from both sides.
Apparently, Carvajal’s frustration came from Yamal’s pre-match comments, which didn’t sit well with the Madrid dressing room.
The teenager had joked online that Real Madrid “rob and complain to win,” a quip that may have given the veteran captain a little extra motivation.

What exactly sparked the fuel between Carvajal and Lamine Yamal?
When Carvajal made his “talking” hand gesture toward Yamal, things escalated fast. Vinícius Jr joined in — because, let’s be honest, what’s a Clasico without Vini drama?
He was heard telling Yamal during the game, “You only pass backwards,” and after full-time, he reportedly reignited the exchange before being pulled away.
Thibaut Courtois also ran toward the group, adding more fuel to an already heated moment.
On the other side, Frenkie de Jong and Jules Kounde stepped in to protect their young teammate, while Marc Casado and Barcelona staff tried to calm things down.
De Jong later said, “If Carvajal wanted to speak to Lamine, he could do so in private. They’re teammates, they know each other. Why make a scene on the pitch?”
Even Barca’s assistant coach Marcus Sorg weighed in, saying Yamal is “still learning” and needs support after facing intense pressure in big games like these.
This post-match brawl proved that some rivalries never cool down — even among Spain teammates.
Real Madrid might have claimed victory on the scoreboard, but the heated exchange between Carvajal and Yamal has ensured this Clasico will be remembered for far more than just football.
