Two of the best teams from the Women's World Cup, Australia and South Africa, will battle it out for the top spot when they clash in their final league match on Saturday.

Australia has played phenomenal cricket in the Women's World Cup, the only unbeaten team in the tournament so far. The Women in Yellow crushed England Women by 6 wickets while chasing 245, thanks to the unbroken 180-run stand between Annabel Sutherland (unbeaten 98) and Ash Gardner (unbeaten 104).

South Africa, on the other end, has been through a similar trajectory to Australia. After losing to England in their opening match, the Proteas have registered five consecutive victories. Laura Wolvaardt's side are coming into this game after thrashing Pakistan by 150 runs in a rain-affected match.

Australia vs. South Africa predicted lineups, team news

Alyssa Healy  missed out on Australia's recent fixture against England with a calf strain. With Australia already in the semi-finals, the management is unlikely to rush her ahead of the knockouts. Tahlia McGrath will continue to captain the side in her absence.

Georgia Voll, who replaced Healy against England, will retain her place on Saturday. Phoebe Litchfield will look to bounce back after scoring her first single-digit score in the tournament in the last match.

Ashleigh Gardner and Beth Mooney have been the team's backbone in the middle order so far; Gardner scored her second ton of the tournament and moved on to the 5th spot in the highest run-getters ladder.

Sophie Molineux and Kim Garth replaced Georgia Wareham and Darcie Brown in the last match; both are likely to retain their respective spots against South Africa.

On the pace bowling front, veteran Megan Schutt has been spearheading the pace attack, and Annabel Sutherland's pace bowling is adding more depth to the bowling unit.

Australia predicted XI: Georgia Voll, Phoebe Litchfield, Ellyse Perry, Beth Mooney (wk), Annabel Sutherland, Ashleigh Gardner, Tahlia McGrath (c), Sophie Molineux, Kim Garth, Alana King, Megan Schutt.

South Africa batters have been in exceptional form in the tournament, with the opening pair of Laura Wolvaardt and Tazmin Brits consistently piling up good runs for the team. Sune Luus has also been brilliant with the bat so far.

The Proteas brought in Ayabonga Khaka to the starting XI for Masabata Klaas in the last match, but Klaas will rejoin the final XI against Australia.

The pace all-rounder duo of Marizanne Kapp and Nadine de Klerk have been unstoppable; both have been amassing good runs in the middle order and scalping good wickets with their bowling.

On the bowling front, Nondumiso Shangase continues to lead the spin attack for the team. While Kapp spearheads the pace attack, the Klaas and Mlaba duo has been providing the confidence in the attack.

South Africa predicted XI: Laura Wolvaardt (c), Tazmin Brits, Sune Luus, Annerie Dercksen, Marizanne Kapp, Karabo Meso (wk), Chloe Tryon, Nadine de Klerk, Nondumiso Shangase, Masabata Klaas, Nonkululeko Mlaba.
