Nathan Lyon is Australia's greatest ever off-spinner.
His many records include 562 career wickets, five 10-wicket matches, 139 caps for the nation, but one achievement is so absurd it will likely never be bested.
'Gaza' has bowled 34,504 deliveries in Test cricket without ever bowling a single no-ball.

He is the first Australian bowler to have never over-stepped the bowling crease in at least 100 Test matches.
The stat was first shared by cricket statistician Mazher Arshad on X just after Lyon had brought up his 500th Test wicket.
500 wickets is a great achievement but what about doing it without overstepping ever in your Test career. Nathan Lyon has 501 wickets, bowled 31,608 balls and never bowled a line no-ball! #AusvPak

Other international players noted for their front-foot discipline include Dennis Lillee, Ian Botham, Kapil Dev, Imran Khan and Lance Gibbs - all of whom never bowled a no-ball due to over-stepping in their careers.
Lyon will have the chance to continue his streak in the upcoming Ashes series that is set to kick-off in Perth on November 21.
