JUMP TO:

Jake Paul was mocked by some when he decided to make the jump from internet star to boxer, but he continues to prove himself in the ring and certainly isn’t afraid of challenges.

Paul, who has suffered only one loss in his first 13 fights, owns wins over Anderson Silva, Nate Diaz, Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. And Mike Tyson. He continued to take on new challenges in 2025, first agreeing to fight Gervonta Davis before Davis withdrew and was replaced by Anthony Joshua. Joshua instantly became the toughest opponent of Paul’s career from a physical standpoint.

Between his social media stardom and his success in the ring, Paul has earned plenty of sponsorships and payouts over the years.

Here’s what you need to know about Paul’s net worth and career earnings as a boxer.

How did Jake Paul make his money?

While an increasingly large share of Paul's net worth comes from boxing and the resulting sponsorship deals these days, he first started making money as a social media star.

Paul gained a significant following on Vine, a social media app for short videos, and that following traveled to YouTube before Vine was discontinued. Jake Paul boxing career earnings

Paul said in 2025 that his career earnings surpass $160 million.

"I’ve roughly been averaging around $40 million a year for the past four years in boxing," Paul told the Iced Coffee Hour podcast. "The first year, year and a half of boxing, I didn’t make much. I was definitely at a loss in my first year in boxing."

Taking him at his word, that puts Paul close to $160 million over four years, with little revenue from his early days as a boxer.

With payouts in the $20-30 million range and a major payday coming from his fight with Joshua, Paul's career earnings are undoubtedly set to rise in the near future.
