Eubank (35-3) and Benn (23-1) went to war for twelve rounds in April. The former landed 367 of 912 shots (40.2%), while Benn landed 215 of 593 (36.3%). In the last five rounds, Eubank, who won via unanimous decision, landed 221 strikes.

The fight was memorable due to the atmosphere, the pre-fight build, and both men’s fathers bringing their sons to the ring. Benn lost his first pro fight, while Eubank has now won three straight.

Returning to Tottenham, the Sussex-born Eubank wants to be sure the fight won’t be left to the referees like last time.

"I won the first fight, which I was proud of, but at the same time, there was disappointment in that victory," Eubank told Inside The Ring via DAZN. "I wanted to make sure that he didn’t see the 12th round, I wanted to make sure there was no question as to who was the better fighter.

"The fact that Conor Benn can come away from that fight saying that he hurt me, that’s all lies. I want it to be conclusive this time around, I want to get him out of there."

Benn, who was attempting to come back to prominence following a suspension, looks to regain his momentum. The Essex-born fighter believes he was too greedy in attempting to go for the knockout in the first fight, and looks to change that in the rematch.

"I worked extremely hard and have done the best I could. Ultimately, it was a lack of discipline in that fight [the first]," Benn said. "You can’t prepare for the occasion or the emotions. After all, it’s my first fight back here in three years.

"It’s experience gained and lessons learned for me. I’m more disciplined, more calculated, but still with that ferocity and tenacity, but less emotion."
