With the controversy surrounding Macklemore's performance at the NRL Grand Final on Sunday, the Killers appearing at the MCG ahead of the AFL decider slipped under the radar.

But they reminded everyone just how good they are with a sensational set on Saturday afternoon.
The American band played their hits 'Somebody Told Me' and 'When You Were Young' - amoung others - but the real show stopper was a cover of Midnight Oil's Forgotten Years.
