Charlie Curnow has gotten his wish, and will be departing Carlton for Sydney in the dying moments of the trade period, according to AFL.com.au's Riley Beveridge.

The Blues land three first-round picks and Will Hayward in return for Curnow.
The two-time Coleman medallist had been desperate to get out of Ikon Park, with Sydney, Geelong and Gold Coast all desirable landing spots for the 28-year-old. Ultimately, the Swans were able to satisfy Carlton the most.
On Monday, Curnow toured Sydney's facilities with senior coach Dean Cox.
Earlier in the trade period, the Blues rejected a trade package from Geelong which would've seen them net three first round picks in exchange for Curnow.

Hours before a deal was struck for Curnow, the Swans and Blues came to terms on a separate trade that landed Ollie Florent at Ikon Park.
