Collingwood was one of the least active teams in this month's trade period, but one name that did bob along in the AFL rumour mill was Jordan De Goey.
The 29-year-old has spent his entire decade-long career in black and white, kicking 210 goals in 182 games to date.
There were reports De Goey - who was in Bali during the trade period - could be open to a move and the versatile attacking threat admits he "heard a few little whispers here and there".
In a chat with SEN, De Goey also said his manager "started getting calls" as teams tested the waters to see what could be possible.

With trades becoming more commonplace in the AFL scene, with some huge names finding new homes this year, De Goey said it would be naive to think just about every player wasn't available "for the right price".
But for now, with his first baby on the way, De Goey can't see himself anywhere than at the AFL giants.
“To be honest, I’m 29 now. I’m not stupid, I think every player on a list is available for the right price or if the club is going to get something good out of it,” he said.
“For me, I know that’s the way the industry is going. You’ve got to be open to stuff like that happening because it’s happening so much these days.
"We just saw in the recent trade period, some of the players that were tossed around.
“For me, my whole footy journey, you’re always open to offers and everything like that. You’d be silly not to.
"But in this case, I’m quite happy at Collingwood.
“I don’t really see my future anywhere else, especially at this particular time.”
