Ranking Top 5 Wrestlers in NXT's Women's Division after major call ups image

Things took a dramatic turn over the last seven days. Following the promotion to Raw for Roxanne Perez and SmackDown for Giulia, the NXT Women's Division could still boast as being the best in all of professional wrestling. But after the recent changes the argument might not be so easy to make.

This past week, Stephanie Vaquer lost her Women's Title in a shocking defeat to Jacy Jayne of Fatal Influence. When she slumped against the announcer's table in defeat, it was clear to everyone the move was made so that she could ascend. Sure enough, she was announced as the latest member of Raw less than a week later. But the women who some may have envisioned becoming the new face of NXT, Jordynne Grace, was promoted as well.

So who's left in the division?

Many would assume the current Women's Title holder would warrant a mention, but the title going to Jayne seems more a plot device than anything she's actually done to earn the spot. The division is still tough so popular names such as NIL'er Kailani Jordan and fan favorite Tatum Paxley are also on the outside looking in.
