It's almost time for some playoff basketball, but first, the Fever and Lynx will wrap up the regular season with a head-to-head matchup Tuesday.
Though there were doubts, the Fever officially clinched their 2025 playoff berth with a 94-65 win over the Mystics Sunday. The win came just a couple days after it was announced that superstar guard Caitlin Clark would miss the remainder of the season due to quad and groin injuries.
Meanwhile, the Lynx have secured the No. 1 playoff seed and home court advantage throughout the postseason. Minnesota star Napheesa Collier finally returned to the court Aug. 24, after being sidelined for three weeks with an ankle injury.
