If you thought the WNBA excitement was over, think again. After a historic year, the 2025 season is just around the corner and looks to be better than the last.
In May, everyone's favorite rookie duo returns for their sophomore debut. Angel Reese and Kamilla Cardoso will lead the Sky in what the franchise hopes to be a turnaround season.
After only one year under a new coach, Chicago has turned to Tyler Marsh to lead the squad. He's more than fit to do so, too, after spending three years with the Aces. It's his first head coaching position, but the two-time WNBA championship probably knows a thing or two about success.
Regardless, it's a crucial year for the team. While Reese and Cardoso will be be back better than before, the Sky will look to the experience of Chennedy Carter, Lindsay Allen and Elizabeth Williams to keep the momentum going. The sky is the limit for Chicago in the league's most anticipated season yet.

Tickets for the Sky 2025 season are available now on StubHub.
They open their home season on May 22 against the defending champions, the Liberty, but the cheapest passes available are only $50. Those that enjoy the newfound Chicago-Indiana rivalry can see the Sky face the Fever on June 7 for as little as $75.
When the Sky host the Wings and 2025 No. 1 draft pick Paige Bueckers on May 29, it costs at least $100 for fans to get into the game.

Chicago makes its 2025 debut on May 17 at the Fever. An expanded season, the Sky will play 44 total games this season, five counting towards the Commissioner's Cup.
The Sky wrap up their season on Sept. 11 against the Liberty.
