Is Angel Reese playing today?

Reese has officially been ruled out for Sunday's game versus the Fever. This is the second consecutive game she will miss with a back injury.

Reese was a non-contact participant in practice on Saturday. Sky coach Tyler Marsh told reporters that the forward is considered day-to-day, saying, "We don't want to push her too much with a back injury, but she's progressing."

What is Angel Reese's injury?

Reese has reportedly been dealing with a back injury for the last few days. WNBA reporter Karli Bell indicated Wednesday that the forward landed on the injury report with the ailment.

Reese sat out Chicago's final game before the All-Star break versus the Dream with a leg injury, which Marsh confirmed was precautionary. Reese played in both the All-Star Game and Tuesday's game against the Lynx before missing Thursday's contest.
