It's time for some more Friday night hoops, and on deck this weekend is a matchup between the Aces and the Sparks.
Las Vegas' (2-2) 2025 season has gotten off to a rocky start. The Aces opened their season with a nearly 15-point loss to the Liberty on May 17. They managed to rattle off two straight wins against the Sun and the Mystics, but suffered their worst defeat of the season at the hands of the Storm on Sunday, losing by 20 points.
Los Angeles (2-4) has also hit a bit of a rough patch. After starting their season with an impressive 84-67 win over the Valkyries, the Sparks have gone 1-4 since. Their sole win during this rocky stretch is a 91-78 victory over the Sky on Sunday.
Still, this game will provide a bit of intrigue, as Kelsey Plum will make her return to Las Vegas after leaving the Aces for the Sparks this offseason.
