The Indiana Pacers are beginning the NBA Finals against the Oklahoma City Thunder on the road on Thursday. The Pacers defeated the New York Knicks in six games in the Eastern Conference Finals to punch their ticket, and there is a lot of excitement in Indianapolis.

Moreover, Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark has been an active supporter of the Pacers. Both teams play at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and Clark and her Fever teammates have been spotted at numerous games during the postseason run.

During the NBA Finals media availability, Pacers forward Obi Toppin spoke about Clark's presence at the games.

"Caitlin is super amazing. She’s a great player. Having her courtside and watching our games is awesome. We see the excitement that she has on the side—we do the same when they’re playing. It’s just a joy to watch," Toppin said.

Toppin also talked about the relationship Clark has with some Pacers players.

"We talk sometimes over IG, but she’s really close with Ty (Tyrese Haliburton) and his girl so they talk a lot more than any of us. She’s a great person and we just wanna see each other be successful," Toppin said.

The Pacers begin the series in OKC, and for what it's worth, the Fever don't play until Saturday against the Chicago Sky, so it will be interesting to see if Clark and her teammates make the trip for Game 1.

The first game in Indiana is Game 3 on Wednesday and then Game 4 on next Friday.
