The Indiana Fever are in the WNBA semifinals for the first time in a long time.

But on Sunday, they were expected to potentially be overmatched by the Las Vegas Aces.

That's not what happened. The Fever won 89-73.

Kelsey Mitchell was the star, scoring 34 points, the second-best playoff scoring output in franchise history.

Did Caitlin Clark play today?

No, Caitlin Clark didn't play on Sunday in the Fever's playoff game against the Aces.

Clark has been ruled out for the rest of the season.

She strained her right groin on July 15.

The Fever didn't rule her out for the season until Sept. 4, but she hadn't played in that span at all.

If Indiana is to continue winning in the playoffs, it'll be with Clark cheering from the sideline.
