Third times a charm. The PWHL is set to head into its third season of hockey, and this season is going to be its best year yet.

The professional women's league is only getting bigger in 2025-26, adding two more franchises in Vancouver and Seattle. To say local fans are excited for the expansion is an understatement.

The bigger question, though, is who will take down two-time champion Minnesota? The Frost won the inaugural and sophomore season Walter Cups, making them the team to beat once again.

PWHL teams, schedule 2025-26

The 2025-26 PWHL season kicks off on Friday, Nov. 21. The league will break in February for the 2026 Olympics, returning on the 26th. The regular season wraps up on April 25.
